- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine (optinal)
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine (optional)
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- In a 3-quart covered saucepan, combine all ingredients according to chart.
- Bring to boil. Turn to low heat.
- Simmer 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Serve.
