Stir Fry

  • (appx.) 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • cooked white rice (as much as desired)
  1. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces. Mince garlic.
  2. Cover bottom of skillet with oil and garlic and cook until garlic just starts to brown. Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes on medium-high.
  3. Pour vegetables over chicken and cover skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir cornstarch into soy sauce and pour mixture over contents of skillet. Cover and cook until chick is done.
  5. Pour over rice and serve.
