- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 14 oz cans kidney beans, undrained
- 14 oz can pinto beans
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 14 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder, or to taste
2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours.
