Cabbage Soup

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sticks of celery, chopped
  • 1 28oz can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tall can tomato juice
  • 1 can kidney beans, not drained
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 bullion cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped

1. Brown beef, onion and celery. Mix all ingredients except cabbage.
2. Add cabbage.
3. Simmer for at least 1 hour, 2-3 hours are best though.
