Grandma's Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of corn, not drained
  • 1/2 cup rice, white long grain
  • 1 tbs. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet
2. Combine all ingredience except rice.
3. Add rice and put all in casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
