Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef (or 1 1/2 ground turkey)
  • 1 chopped onion (medium or large)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2-3/4 cup quick oatmeal
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • salt, to taste (optional)
  1. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Check meatloaf at 45 minutes, if too watery, uncover for remaining 15 minutes.
