- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced across the sections
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 large kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. currants (optional)
On small platter, make a bed of orange wheels. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi fruit and bananas. Add currants. Mix gently and mound on oranges. Make
Fruit Dip and pour it over salad or serve separately.
