Quick Coconut Cupcakes

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix (Try the new Betty Crocker GF Cake Mix)
  • 1 can of White Frosting (Duncan Hines has a GFCF icing)
  • 1 bag of Sweetened Shreaded Coconut

Mix cake mix according to the package directions.

After batter is mixed fold in 1/2 cup of shreaded coconut.

Bake as directed.

Allow cupcakes to cool completely.

Ice with Frosting and top with shreaded coconut!
