- 4 ears of corn
- Butter
- Sea salt, seasoned salt or salt-free seasoning
Always store corn in husks in refrigerator. It will keep much better and longer. In soup kettle, bring water to a boil. Add husked corn, and boil for exactly 5 minutes. Remove to platter. Add butter and sea salt.
