Guacamole

4 ripe avocados
2-3 limes
salt to taste

Juice all the limes into a bowl. Mash all avocados into lime juice in bowl. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

*In her recipe she doesn't add anything else...it's a very light, limey guacamole....very good....but if you want more traditional you can add diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, salt and paper...gives it more of a salsa taste...I personally like just the limey version!*
