Crock Pot Roast

  • 3 or 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 4 ounces baby carrots
  • 6 medium or 10 small red potatoes, scrubbed, cut in half if needed
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
Place vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Lay roast on top of vegetables. Mix together mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Pour soup mixture over roast. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
