Brown Sugar Baby Carrots


  • 16 oz baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix all in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to medium heat and boil for 20 mins until tender and liquid is all cooked away
