- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water, plus
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Combine all ingredients and beat well.
- Bake in greased and floured 8-inch cake pan for 20- 25 mintes
